Service Description

Group coaching sessions are designed to support and guide group members through the accomplishment of a goal, solving a problem, or a team project - all in an intimate setting. The session includes group goal assessment, goal mapping, action planning, problem solving, progress tracking, and creative solutions. Recommended group minimum: 3 participants.
